From a toddler I knew I wanted to be a hairdresser, I knew I wanted to own my own salon and I knew that I wanted to do that with my sister, Natasha.
20+ years down the line and an abundance of industry experience, contacts and qualifications, I have moved from serving clients behind the chair to working full time helping other salon owners create marketing and automations that drive their ideal client into their business without discounting.
Knowing first-hand how difficult it can be to be a service provider whilst trying to grow your business and having a work life balance, my passion is now to help fellow salon owners to create some time freedom and uninterrupted time off when it is needed without compromising the growth of the business.
Being constantly switched on to social media is not a marketing strategy that I advocate a salon owner should be able to take uninterrupted time without worrying that their business will grind to a halt without them.

For me the best part of my job, hands down, is supporting passionate and focussed salon owners to achieve their goals. I have helped to mentor some amazing salon professionals and I love watching people grow, learn and achieve.
I love to write! Creating easy to follow frameworks to share with other salon owners and seeing the results is an incredible feeling, but I also really enjoy assisting salon owners with their marketing copy to create a bigger impact. Words are powerful, translating a brand, offer and dream outcome to which speaks to the ideal client is magical!

HEIR Education Co-ordinator: 6 years
I am part of the HEIR Education support team. My role includes web development, marketing, client support and coaching. My passion is helping Salon Owners and their Salon Co-ordinators to use their salon software to create clever automations which give their clients a seamless digital journey throughout their business, which, in turn, makes their business to grow and flourish. I have a strong background in customer service, systems, automations and operations.
When I’m not working on the Education business I am the Salon Co-ordinator and one of the Events Planners at HEIR Salon.

My role with HEIR Education involves event planning and co-ordination, I have developed these transferrable skills through my employment with HEIR Salon.
I really enjoy the challenges of the role with HEIR Education and look forward to helping HEIR Education reach more salon owners to create a bigger impact in the industry!
