2. Preparation: We may do some initial work behind the scenes to prepare, or we might ask you to gather certain assets ahead of time so we can hit the ground running.

3. VIP Day: On the day, we’ll work with you in person, either at our place or yours, to set up your lead generation, sales funnels, and marketing systems. You’ll leave with everything ready to roll.

4. Follow-Up Support: Existing HEIR members already benefit from ongoing support, but non-members will also get a follow-up call one week after the VIP day to ensure everything’s running smoothly.

Do I need to do anything before the VIP day?

Yes! You’ll complete a pre-work questionnaire so we can understand your goals and what you’d like to achieve during the VIP day. Depending on your answers, we may ask you to gather certain assets (like branding materials, email lists,make sure you have all your log in details and social media access) to ensure the day runs smoothly and productively.

How long does a VIP day last?

A VIP day typically lasts 6-8 hours. We’ll focus intensively on getting the key tasks completed within this time, making sure we stay on track to meet your goals.

What if I need help after the VIP day?

If you’re an existing HEIR member, ongoing support is already included as part of your membership. If you're not a member, we’ll offer a follow-up call one week after your VIP day to ensure everything is running smoothly and to address any questions or challenges you may have.

We work with a wide range of tools and platforms commonly used by salons, including salon management software, Mailchimp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and website builders. Our goal is to help you get the most out of the tools you’re already using, so we’ll adapt to what works best for your business.

What if I’m not tech-savvy—will I still be able to manage everything afterward?

No worries! We break everything down in a simple and understandable way. We’ll ensure that all the systems we build are easy for you to manage going forward. Plus, with the follow-up call (and ongoing support for members), you’ll have help whenever you need it.
