HEIR Salon & Education is a small, family run hairdressing business in Lytham which has been shortlisted for two prestigious hairdressing awards,

Independent Salon - Business Newcomer of the Year, sponsored by the National Hair & Beauty Federation (NHBF) and the coveted Salon of the Year title at HJ’s British Hairdressing Business Awards 2021.

The awards - now in their 23rd year - recognise the hardworking names that have built outstanding salon businesses, helping to make British hairdressing the most respected in the world. From standout salons and exemplary teamwork to groundbreaking innovations and trailblazing individuals, HJ’s British Hairdressing Business Awards are an annual celebration of business brilliance.

HEIR Salon made the final stage of the awards after compiling a detailed entry outlining the inspiration behind their new salon, including set-up costs and how they have grown the business since its inception. Winners will be announced at HJ’s British Hairdressing Business Awards on Monday 4th October at London’s Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, to an audience of some of the industry’s most prolific names.

Natalie says: ‘We are thrilled to have made the finals of such a respected event. Opening a salon during such a tumultuous time was both unfortunate and terrifying but we were determined to make it work. It was the ultimate test for both the team and the business, and I’m incredibly proud of what we have achieved in extenuating circumstances. We are proud to be growing the team due to customer demand and offering job security to more hairdressers in the local area.’
