Expectations and priorities can be quite a substantial list. Think about their priorities in life. Think about their goals. The expectations can vary depending on the ideal client…. Digital journey? Online presence? Informative content? Vegan? Sustainable? Late nights? School hours? 24/7?

Trust

Where does your ideal client gain their trust. Reviews? Social Media? Recommendations? Influencers? Reading blogs?

Habits:

Where is she hanging out? Think digitally as well as the businesses they use. When is their downtime? When are they busy? When are they likely to need to have access to your business and information.


Take a look at other leading companies. You will find that they know their ideal client. Companies like Apple, John Lewis, Netflix,
